Emulsifiable metalworking oil formulated with highly refined mineral oil and a package of high-quality performance additives, including a highly effective anionic emulsifier and a corrosion inhibitor. The product has been developed for the preparation of water-based emulsions used as cooling and lubricating fluids in the machining of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The recommended emulsion concentration, depending on the type of machining operation and the material being processed, ranges from 5% to 15%. For emulsion preparation, water with a hardness of up to 15°N is recommended. Recommended working concentrations of the emulsion, prepared with water of total hardness up to 15°N, depending on the machining operation and material: * Grinding: 3–5% * Turning, milling, drilling and reaming: 5–10% * Drilling and tapping: 10–15%

HVI hydraulic oils are intended for use in heavily loaded hydraulic drive and control systems, as well as vane pumps, where minimal viscosity variation over a wide temperature range is required. They may be used in stationary and mobile hydraulic systems of machines and equipment operating under normal and severe conditions, particularly at low operating temperatures and where there is a risk of contamination by water or condensed water vapour. HVI hydraulic oils contain detergent-dispersant additives, enabling them to disperse solid contaminants while preventing moisture from emulsifying within the system.
